EDUCATION & CREDENTIALS

2001: Graduated with honours in Dentistry from the University of L’Aquila, achieving a final grade of 110 cum laude.

2003–2004:Completed a Master’s degree in Restorative Dentistry at the University of Bologna.

2005–2007: Completed a Master’s degree in Surgery and Periodontology at the University of Bologna.

2005–2007: Worked in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Bologna.

Since 2008: Collaborates with Prof. Fouad Khoury at the Privat Zahnklinik Schellenstein in Olsberg and at the University of Münster, Germany.

Since 2009: Participates in the postgraduate programme in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Münster.

September 2012: Obtained the specialization in Oral Surgery and Implantology at the University of Münster, recognised at European level.

October 2015: Awarded the “Rigenero 2015” prize at the international SICOI congress, Italian Society of Oral Surgery and Implantology, in Milan.

Since 2015: Member of the European Association for Osseointegration, EAO.

Since 2017: Visiting Professor at the Istituto Stomatologico Toscano within the International Master of Oral Implantology.

Since 2017: Teaches Oral Surgery in the International Master in Oral Implantology at UniCamillus Rome.

Currently:

• Adjunct Professor at UniCamillus Rome.
• Sanitary Director of Dentistry at Marienklinik Bolzano.
• Active member of the Italian Academy of Osseointegration, IAO.
• Member of SIDCO, the Italian Society of Oral Surgery.
• Active member of the Italian Socket Shield Society.
• Member of SIDP, the Italian Society of Periodontology.
• Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Dentists.
• Author of several scientific publications in English and Italian.
• Speaker at various courses and professional meetings in Italy and abroad.
• Works in Bolzano, mainly focusing on bone reconstruction and implantology.
