Dr. Manuel De la Rosa-G received his specialty certificate and Master Degree in both Periodontics and Implantology from the University of Texas in Houston. He is former professor of Implantology and Periodontics at the University of Monterrey, as well as visiting professor of Periodontics and Implantology at the BUAP in Puebla. Dr De la Rosa-G is currently in private practice limited to Periodontics and Implantology with 2 offices, one in Monterrey, Mexico and another in Cancun, where he also has a Perio/Implant Teaching Center. He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontics, and forms part of the Editorial Board of the AAP.

Dr. De la Rosa-G is an active member of Dental XP where he is part of the scientific board of Dental XP, and he is also very much involved in the coordination of Dental XP Latinamerica. Dr De la Rosa-G is part of the Scientific Board of Ritter Implants, where he is also a Clinical Advisor. During the year 2018 Dr De la Rosa-G launched the DrMdelaRosa Teaching Center in Cancun, where he now does his courses in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry. He has written numerous articles and research papers in prestigious journals internationally.  He speaks and writes fluent english and spanish. Married to Ivett and has 3 children: Dania, David and Iker.
