In addition to our high-quality product range, we offer the service of our technical customer service for devemed instruments. Please send us your instruments and let them be repaired by our specialists. Below you will find an overview of our services:

Please note that we can only repair thoroughly cleaned and sterilized instruments!


You have found a defect in one of your products and would like to return it to us?

In this case, please use the return form for complaints below and enclose it with the product.

Our Customer Service staff will take care of your request as quickly as possible. Please help by filling out the return form completely. Incomplete information will lead to delays and queries or, in the worst case, to the fact that the complaint cannot be processed or evaluated by us.

Please note that returns that have not been cleaned and/or sterilized cannot be accepted and will therefore be returned to you.

“Incident” means a malfunction or deterioration in the characteristics or performance of a product already made available on the market, including application errors due to ergonomic features, as well as an inadequacy of the information provided by the manufacturer or an undesirable side effect.

“Serious incident” means an incident that has had, could have had, or may have had, directly or indirectly, any of the following consequences: a) the death of a patient, user, or other person; b) the temporary or permanent serious deterioration of the health status of a patient, user, or other person; c) a serious public health hazard.
